New Legacy! Dreamweaver – The 10 Generation Challenge.

Founder: Clara Dreamweaver

Age: YA

Traits: Hopeless romantic, green thumb, loves the outdoors, frugal, and family oriented.

Favorite Color: Violet

Favorite Food: Fruit Parfait

Favorite Music: Classical

Lifetime Wish: Perfect Garden

Household Funds: 1,800 to start with.

Lot: 15 Summer Hill Court.

Background Information: Clara Dreamweaver is from a small town on the east coast. She dreams of moving to the west coast and starting a family of her very own. When Clara gets the opportunity to move to the small town of Sunset Valley in sunny California, she jumps at the chance. Clara arrives in Sunset Valley but soon discovers that real estate is much more expensive in the sunshine state. After buying the only open lot in town, 15 Summer Hill Court, Clara is left with only 1,800 simoleons. Clara will have to work hard to earn money to build a home big enough to raise a family. Can she create a family strong enough to last ten generations and then some? Only time will tell…

Author’s Note: The main difference between the Dreamweaver Dynasty and the Dreamweaver Legacy is that in my legacies absolutely no cheats are used, including money cheats. In my dynasties, I start off each family in a fully built mansion. My legacies are harder and much more rewarding to play. Look for new updates on both stories. Questions? Leave them in the comment section!

Update! – Sophia Completes Her Lifetime Wish….

Sophia has mastered the cooking skill and completed her lifetime wish of becoming a culinary librarian. Her next goal is to have a nice garden and master the gardening skill. Connor is at level 9 in the writing skill. Hopefully, he will finish soon. He has written several books so far. He wrote several dramas: The Dreamweaver Dynasty – Founding the Family, The Dreamweaver Dynasty – The Second Generation Approaches, The Dreamweaver Dynasty – Heir or Heiress?, The Dreamweaver Dynasty – Violet: A Mother’s Preference?, and The Dreamweaver Dynasty – A Forest or A Flower? He wrote one romance novel called My Week With Sophia (it’s about their honeymoon… he is a hopeless romantic.) After Connor masters the writing skill, I plan to get him working on painting immediately. I need him to reach level 7 in painting before Sophia reaches adult in order to get her YA portrait done for the ancestor room. In other news, I added another floor to the house and made a new master bedroom on the second floor. The third floor has a kitchen, entertainment room, ancestor gallery, two YA bedrooms, and an art studio. I plan to add a level with each generation. I may post pictures of the new addition later.

Here are some pictures of Sophia mastering the cooking skill and completing her lifetime wish:

Sophia practices her cooking skills in the new kitchen. Here she is preparing grilled salmon.

Sophia reads a cookbook in the garden. It is quiet peaceful in the garden. She especially loves the rose bushes.

Sophia reads every recipe book while sitting at the island in the master kitchen. This is where she achieved her lifetime wish of becoming a culinary librarian.

This is a picture of Sophia’s Certificate of Culinary Mastery. I decided to display it in the library.

Author’s Note: On the next post I will share pictures from the twin’s first birthday party and pictures of them as toddlers. Also, if you have a request for more pictures or information about the Dreamweaver’s; please post it in the comments. Thanks for reading!

It’s Twins! – Introducing Violet and Forest Dreamweaver

It was very early on a Thursday morning when Sophia noticed water dripping down her legs. Immediately, the labor pains began. She called for her husband and Connor, for his part, freaked out and took her to the hospital. At 4:52 AM, Sophia Dreamweaver gave birth to a set of boy and girl twins. Violet was born first and Forest was born soon after. Both Mother and the twins are doing fine. Forest’s traits are loves the outdoors and excitable. Violet’s traits are virtuoso and artistic. She will be the artist / musician of the family I think.

Author’s Note: Actually, I am surprised Sophia had twins, much less a boy and girl set. Neither Sophia nor Connor has the fertility treatment. Connor and Sophia both read pregnancy books and I had Sophia listen to a little kid music while reading just to get her in the mood for babies. I didn’t expect an hour of kid music to produce twins. Oh well, it works out perfectly. I don’t plan for the couple to have any more children; I plan to decide between Violet and Forest for the next heir or heiress. Connor and Sophia, of course, want more children; I may cave though.

Sophia gives Forest his bath and a strong talking to about washing behind his ears!

Sophia snuggles her baby girl, Violet. She is definitely her mother’s favorite.

Connor going to tend to his babies. He’s a good daddy. I just didn’t get a lot of pictures of him caring for the babies because he has a job.

Connor and Sophia tending to their little ones. So much to do, so little time!

And here is a final picture of Violet and Forest Dreamweaver side by side in their baby swings. I do hope they look alike when they’re older.

The Second Generation Approaches… (and a little update)

A couple of weeks later, Sophia and Connor decide the time is right to try for a baby. Sophia has been pining for a child and now Connor, too, wants a little one of his own. Thus, that same night Connor and Sophia try for a child before going to bed. The woohoo was successful and the baby chimes play in the background. I begin making preparations immediately. Sophia and Connor are hoping for a baby boy.

Update: Also, I forgot to mention that Connor’s traits are: hopeless romantic, artistic, bookworm, ambitious, and family oriented. His lifetime wish is to be a professional author and he is in the journalism profession – now at level 4. He will be the author of the family and write all of the novels telling the Dreamweaver family’s story until his death. Currently, his writing skill is at level 8. Sophia is going to be a stay-at-home mom for now and work on completing her lifetime wish. Her cooking skill is at level 8.

Anyway, here are pictures of Sophia’s pregnancy:

Image

The morning after they woohoo’d, Sophia was reading out on the balcony when she started feeling nauseous. Look at her poor face!

Image

Moments later, she ran to the bathroom and vomited. This made the toilet very dirty.

Image

The next day, Sophia had a revelation: she was pregnant. Immediately upon this realization, Sophia ran to tell her Connor the news. In this picture, Connor is listening to Sophia’s stomach.

Image

After being told the news, Connor felt Sophia’s stomach and thought about the life within it. Don’t ask me why, maybe it’s because he’s a writer, but Connor likes to think about these things often.

Sophia and Connor’s First Pregnancy – Maternity Photos

I have some maternity photos to share:

Image

Sophia holds her stomach lovingly. She is thinking about baby names.

Image

Sophia thinks Forest would be a good name for the next Dreamweaver.

Image

The young couple are very excited to bring in the second generation of Dreamweaver’s.

Image

Don’t they look so in love and content with their lives? Connor feels Sophia’s baby bump while looking into her eyes.

Image

Aren’t they adorable? By the way, they are posing in the nursery.

Image

Okay, this is the last one. Promise. But you have to admit, they are cute together. I think they’ll make a beautiful family.

The First Dreamweaver Wedding – Sophia and Connor Tie the Knot

Sophia and Connor were married in a quaint ceremony, surrounded by family and friends. I have decided to show their wedding day through pictures. Thus, here is my wedding pictorial:

Image

Their wedding day began quite early. Sophia awoke at dawn and began making the preparations. She took a bubble bath (which I will not show, because she was unclothed), got dressed in her bridal gown, and did her makeup at the vanity.

Image

Afterwards, Sophia posed for bridal pictures in front of the wedding arch, while Connor got ready for the ceremony. Isn’t she lovely?

Image

Connor sits in the living room, contemplating his marriage to Sophia. No, he isn’t having second thoughts! He’s just nervous…

Image

An hour or two later, the guests have arrived and its time to begin the ceremony.

Image

Sophia and Connor exchange the rings and promise to love each other forever. The guests become emotional during the beautiful ceremony.

Image

You may now kiss the bride. Connor takes his new bride lovingly in his arms and kisses her with passion.

The Dreamweaver Proposal

A few days after their dinner date, Sophia and Connor got engaged. Sophia invited him over, got down on one knee, and presented Connor with the ring. He was ecstatic and accepted the proposal easily. Now, there is a wedding to plan and decorate for. I am planning a small ceremony in the gardens with family and friends. Connor will invite his brother, Jared Frio, and his boss, Cyclone Sword. Sophia will invite Leighton Sekemoto and a few other friends. (Note: I have a video of the proposal; however, WordPress will not let me upload it. Alas, I did not take screenshots either. Pictures of the wedding to come.)

Sophia Dreamweaver’s First Romance

Sophia Dreamweaver has met a handsome young man named Connor Frio. He is a tad shy, but sparks flew between the young pair. Sophia has made up her mind to “woo” Connor and secure him as her husband. After all, Connor is said to have great genetics for making babies and the second generation needs a good father. After getting to know each other at the park, Sophia invited Connor over for dinner.

Image

Sophia drove him to Dreamweaver Mansion in her violet colored Volkswagen beetle. He enjoyed the ride, I’m sure.

Image

Sophia prepared Autumn Salad for them to eat for dinner. The young couple enjoyed light conversation over dinner.

Image

After dinner, Sophia decided to make her move on Connor. She flirted, batted her eyelashes, and whispered sweet nothings in his ear. Connor fell in love instantly. Sophia and Connor shared their first kiss and decided to go steady.
